The apartment is available for a maximum of 2+2 persons.

Reservation and payment information:
To finalize the reservation, 30% of the accommodation fee must be paid in advance, which can be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days from the date of confirmation.
The reservation becomes final once the deposit has been received and confirmed by e-mail. If the deposit for the reservation is not received in our account within 3 bank working days, the reservation will be cancelled.
The balance of the total amount of the accommodation fee is due 15 days before arrival.
The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations after this date will be charged 100% of the reservation fee as a penalty, unless you can find someone else to take over the reservation.
Check-in:
Between 16:00-19:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out:
By 10:00 am on the day of departure.
House Rules:
Due to the design of the apartment and the sensitivity of our guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets.
Smoking is not permitted.
Parties and events are prohibited. Guests are obliged to return the apartment undamaged when leaving the accommodation, and in the event of damage, loss or injury, they agree to pay compensation.
The guest uses the apartment at his/her own risk and is responsible for any damage.
Minors may stay in the apartment only under adult supervision, and in the absence of such supervision, the person who fails to supervise the minor shall be liable for any injury.
Electricity is for domestic use only.
In case of force majeure: war, fire, flood, power failure, strike, mass virus infection, the accommodation provider is exempted from its obligations.
